The new 21-story hotel and condominium complex is situated to take advantage of downtown Seattle’s active waterfront and cultural arts neighborhoods. The hotel occupies the lower twelve floors (200,000 gsf) while the condominiums occupy 135,000 gsf on the upper floors.

Public areas include a restaurant and retail areas located adjacent to the lobby, with a ballroom, banquet kitchen and other special event spaces on the second floor. The hotel offers two levels of spa and relaxation amenities, fitness facilities and a pool pavilion, as well as access to the exterior swimming pool.
