Conversion of an historic 1923 auto repair garage into an art gallery/studio/office space. The new interior features natural lighting and radiant floor heating. All supply ductwork was designed to remain exposed in truss spaces. An energy efficient natural gas boiler generates hot water. Areas also include a conference room, additional restrooms, kitchen, art storage, and file box storage.
