Mechanical design and commissioning services for a two-story, 150,000-sf call center. Provided system tenant improvements for staff call center space, lunch area, information technology rooms, and miscellaneous support areas. Scope of commissioning services involved functional testing of tenant equipment, 300 VAV boxes, computer room cooling units, fans and miscellaneous mechanical equipment.
