A showcase for contemporary education, this new
214,000 sq. ft. high school optimizes integrated technology and sustainability.

Sustainable mechanical design features include a passively controlled natural ventilation system,
increased insulation, nighttime purging and high
efficiency condensing boilers.

Based on its environmentally friendly design,
Snohomish County PUD and Puget Sound Energy presented Edmonds School District with nearly $350,000 of incentives and the school was awarded a $500,000 grant through the state's High-Performance School Buildings Program.
