Mechanical system renovations to an historic 18,300 sq ft hangar and design of a two-story, 7,300 sq ft addition. Involved HVAC and plumbing improvements, special exhaust systems for paint spray booths, replacement of the heating system, addition of DDC controls, and fire protection performance specifications.

Construction phasing was a significant issue to prevent costly temporary heating and allow the building to remain occupied during construction.
