Mechanical system renovations to an existing 18,300-sf hangar and design for a two-story, 7,300-sf addition. Involved HVAC and plumbing improvements, special exhaust systems for paint spray booths, replacement of the heating system, addition of DDC controls, and fire protection performance specifications.

Construction phasing was a significant issue to prevent costly temporary heating and allow the building to remain occupied during construction.
