This 1,700-sf renovation project is the first Seattle structure to earn a LEED gold rating by the U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainable features include: natural ventilation with operable windows, radiant heating for HVAC energy efficiency, rooftop rainwater harvesting, and solar electric/photovoltaic panels, which were provided by City Light's Green Power program.
